This is your list of ingredients for today's baking. You will also need some equipment:

Equipment List for sandwiches:

A knife to spread you filling and to cut the sandwiches into triangles.

A board/clean work surface.


Equipment list for scones:

Weighing scales.

A measuring jug.

A clean work surface.

A large mixing bowl.

A sieve (not essential)

A bit of extra flour to dust your work surface.

A baking tray

A scone cutter (or circle of card/paper as a template)

A rolling pin (or clean glass bottle/jar)

Oven gloves (and an oven) preheated to 220 (or if a fan oven 200) or Gas Mark 7.

A sensible adult helper.
