Today you are going to create your own creature using different parts of other animals from Australia. Look at the example Miss Dykes has drawn below - this is the Spidoapus.
Complete your drawing and then label the features of the different animals you have chosen. Upload your animal onto SeeSaw once you have given it a name.
The website called Switch Zoo is really good fun to play with putting different animals parts together.
Create more information about the creature you have created. Think about where it would like and why. What does it like to eat? How does it behave?
You could create:
- a factfile with pictures
- a poster
- a report
- a junk model
