York Schools Choral Festival
After our successes carol singing in town and then performing at York Minster, our choir has taken a short break.
In March we have been offered the opportunity to take part in the York Schools Choral Festival so rehearsals will begin again of Friday lunchtimes starting the week beginning 20/2/23
We will be learning a song to perform in front of other York school choirs and learning a song to sing with all them at the end of the festival.
So...warm up those vocal chords and get ready to SING UP!
We are very excited that our very newly formed choir has been offered the opportunity to sing in two venues on Wednesday 7th December.
At 11am on Wednesday 7th December (weather permitting) we will be singing in town at the Christmas Markets outside Herbie's Treehouse.
On the same day in the evening, children in the choir have been invited to take part in the Archbishop Holgate School carol concert and to sing a song in York Minster along with some other primary schools.
