What does mindfulness mean?
It doesn't mean colouring or closing your eyes or any one thing. It means doing anything with attention. Paying attention to what we are doing calms our minds and brings us to the moment we are in.
Try washing up and noticing the bubbles and patterns in the water. Try having a shower and listening to the water running in the bath or noticing the swirls in the bath tub.
The activities below are suggested to encourage happiness but remember mindfulness means paying attention to any task at any time.
